Dear Ones,
There are so many ways we can help ourselves to feel better. When we engage wellness on every level, we can enjoy our lives more and share more of our gifts with others.
For me yoga, meditation, nutrition, exercise, and counseling (both psychological and spiritual) have been tremendous keys to wellness. As I know how much these modalities can help, I am passionate about sharing them with others. Over the past 20 years, I’ve taught many styles of yoga including: power, chair, hatha and restorative yoga. I love incorporating what I’ve learned into skilled and creative classes. Certified in both yoga and massage, I have an educated and intuitive approach to the body. Because some clients require different exercise methods, I’ve also become a Certified Personal Trainer and offer private sessions wherein I evaluate fitness and develop individualized programs.
Meditation transforms lives. I’ve been teaching meditation through workshops, meditation classes/retreats and yoga classes for over 15 years. I’ve maintained a personal meditation practice for even longer and have attended 3, 7 and 10 day silent meditation retreats to deepen my practice. Having studied many different meditative styles, I have a wealth of experience which helps open students to the deep and lasting benefits of meditation.
I’m a licensed nutritionist and with decades of counseling experience, have helped clients shift their approach towards healthier eating and thus healthier lives.
As a graduate of the School of Conscious Healing, a 700 hour energy medicine course, I have learned the liberating power of compassionate counseling and hands on healing. These sessions work on both the psychological and spiritual levels to open doors to greater freedom.
“May all beings be free of the roots of suffering”
“May all beings know the joy of their true nature”
With Love,
Katherine
