In my search for a nutritionist, I discovered a practitioner who walks the talk of an integrative approach to support my overall health and well being. Katherine McClean provides me with a customized, ever-changing, holistic program that targets my food sensitivities and inflammation, chronic health condition, Immune system disorder, and high cholesterol. She offers yoga and meditation classes and energy healing work, of which I take full advantage. With on-going nutrition counseling and monitoring, Katherine helps me to adapt my foods and develops with me, an exercise and stress reduction plan in conjunction with test results received from the other members of my medical team. She is a researcher, and, she asks great questions which I share with my doctors, who are quite pleased to further process with me, having this added information to support my health. Katherine works with the “whole person.” As an intuitive counselor, Katherine is a deep listener. I realize from my work with her how my emotional health must be addressed as part of the overall equation of wellness. I highly recommend Katherine McClean to support others in their journeys to good health.
